• Illegal activity, fraud, scams, spam, phishing, malware, credential theft, or attempts to compromise systems.
• Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or content that encourages self-harm or violence.
• Uploading or processing data you do not have the right or lawful basis to use.
• Submitting payment card data, health data, government identifiers, passwords, secrets, or other sensitive data unless the service explicitly supports it and you have permission.
• Using AI output as final professional advice without appropriate human review.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass limits, resell accounts, share accounts, or circumvent credit controls.
• Using GlideForge to make high-stakes decisions about employment, credit, housing, healthcare, legal rights, insurance, migration, criminal justice, or essential services.

Package limits and credits are designed for normal professional use. We may rate-limit, pause, or review activity that threatens availability, creates unusual cost, indicates abuse, or materially exceeds expected platform usage.

We may contact you before restricting legitimate heavy usage where practical, but urgent security or abuse risks may require immediate action.

We may remove content, refuse generation, suspend features, limit accounts, cancel subscriptions, or report unlawful activity where needed to protect users, the service, providers, or the public.
