AI Outputs
GlideForge uses AI to draft implementation plans, steps, test packs, reviews, clarification responses, and documentation. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date, or unsuitable for your specific customer environment.
- You must review and validate all AI output before using it in delivery, customer work, production systems, or professional advice.
- GlideForge does not provide legal, medical, financial, security-certification, or other regulated professional advice.
- You are responsible for the prompts, story content, references, customer notes, and other data you submit.
- Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential customer data, or regulated data unless you have the right and lawful basis to do so.
User Content and IP
You keep ownership of the story inputs, notes, references, templates, and other content you submit. You grant GlideForge the rights needed to host, process, transmit, secure, display, export, and generate outputs from that content for the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to upload or process any third-party material, including customer requirements, screenshots, links, reference notes, and implementation details.
Availability and Changes
GlideForge may change, pause, or remove features as the platform evolves. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
We may suspend or restrict access where needed to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, handle non-payment, or enforce these Terms.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlideForge is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, customer claims, or decisions made from unreviewed AI output.
For paid users, GlideForge's total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to GlideForge in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a higher amount is required by law.
Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights in the country or state where you live.
Questions, disputes, cancellation requests, and legal notices should be sent to support@glideforge.co.uk.
