AI Provider
OpenAI is the active AI provider for GlideForge. We may add, remove, or change AI providers as the platform evolves.
What May Be Sent to AI
- Story titles, descriptions, acceptance criteria, modules, priorities, releases, and related workspace data.
- Customer workspace names, notes, references, and fetched excerpts from supported public HTTPS reference URLs.
- Generated plans, implementation steps, test steps, documentation, review concerns, and clarification questions.
- AI mode, model, token usage, and safety identifiers needed to operate, secure, and bill for AI actions.
Your Responsibilities
- Review all generated output before using it.
- Validate ServiceNow-specific instructions against the target instance, release, plugins, roles, ACLs, update sets, and customer governance.
- Do not submit sensitive, regulated, confidential, or third-party personal data unless you have permission and a lawful basis.
- Do not use GlideForge AI for regulated professional advice or high-stakes automated decisions.
Output Rights and Limits
Subject to your compliance with the Terms, you may use generated outputs for your internal delivery work and customer delivery work. You are responsible for checking whether outputs are accurate, original, suitable, and non-infringing.
AI systems may produce similar or identical outputs for different users. GlideForge cannot guarantee exclusivity in AI-generated text.
Provider Data Controls
OpenAI's API data controls state that API inputs and outputs are not used to train OpenAI models by default unless the API customer opts in. OpenAI may retain abuse monitoring logs and application state according to its published policies.
