Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel an active paid subscription through the Stripe billing portal in Settings, or by contacting support.
When you cancel, the subscription normally remains active until the end of the paid billing period unless Stripe, the app, or support confirms otherwise.
Top-up Credits
Top-up credits are one-off purchases for additional AI usage. They expire 12 months after purchase and are consumed before or after monthly credits according to the app's credit rules.
Consumed credits are not refundable except where required by law or where we confirm a service error caused the usage.
Refunds
- We will refund duplicate charges, obvious billing errors, and payments taken because of a confirmed technical mistake.
- We may offer goodwill refunds for unused subscriptions or unused top-up credits, but this is assessed case by case.
- We do not usually refund consumed credits, completed AI generations, or used digital service time except where law requires.
- Refunds are normally made back to the original payment method through Stripe.
Consumer Rights
If you are a UK or EU consumer, you may have statutory cancellation rights for online purchases. Digital services and digital content can be treated differently once performance has started or content has been supplied.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. If you believe a statutory right applies, contact support with the checkout email, transaction date, package or top-up, and reason for the request.
